2 WMC Student-Athletes Sign On With Division I Colleges
Lacrosse, baseball standouts taking talent to the next level.
Without playing their final seasons of spring sports, Ambrose Consol and Patrick Kennedy have announced commitments to play at Division I colleges beginning in the 2016-17 season.
Consol, class of 2016, is a three-year starter for the varsity baseball team and will play for the University of Hartford, where heβll enroll in the fall of 2016.
Consol was voted to the first team All-Conference and second team All-County in the 2015 season. Consol plans to major in business or engineering at Hartford.

Patrick Kennedy, class of 2016, signed his national letter of intent to play lacrosse at Villanova University where he plans to major in mechanical engineering.
Kennedy is a four-year starter for the varsity squad and was named defenseman of the year each season, and named to second team All-State for three years.

Kennedy was also second team NJAC sophomore year, first team NJAC junior year, and first team All-Fitch conference junior year.
