Christmas Tree Ready To Come Down? Bring It To The DPW
Town will chip old trees at no cost.

LONG VALLEY, N.J. β Is the Christmas tree still taking up space in your house, and you have no idea what to do with it? The Washington Township Department of Public Works has you covered.
The Rock Road location is accepting old Christmas trees at no charge. Residents can drop them off by the cinder block enclosure where the township mulch is stored.
There is 24-hour access to this enclosure and no appointment is necessary.

Once you pull into the DPW, the enclosure is on the left; trees should be dropped off in front of the enclosure. Theyβll be chipped at a later time.
