During a committee presentation earlier this year at West Morris Central High School, advisers and students revealed that a total of $62,177 was raised during the 2022–23 academic year, with events concluding with the Relay for Life Walk at Mendham High School.

Fundraising during the 2022–23 school year was so successful that the American Cancer Society designated the school’s relay as a Rising Star Event, giving the effort national recognition.
