-2/13: ARREST FOR WARRANT: Officers executed a motor-vehicle stop in Parsippany Township. An investigation revealed Kerri L. Biggs, age 28, of Parsippany, to have a warrant for failure to appear in Parsippany Municipal Court. She was released with a court date pending.

-2/14: ARREST FOR NARCOTICS: Officers executed a motor-vehicle stop for an equipment violation in Jefferson Township. An investigation led to Ryan M. Maletto, age 32, of Toms River Township, to be charged with Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance. He was released with a court date pending.

-2/15: ARREST FOR NARCOTICS: Officers observed a suspicious occupied vehicle at Silas Condict County Park in Kinnelon. An investigation led to Michael C. Pizzi, age 29, of Hasbrouck Heights, to be charged with Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance. He was released with a court date pending.

-2/16: ARREST FOR NARCOTICS: Officers executed a motor-vehicle stop for an equipment violation in Morris Plains. An investigation led to Michael Murray, age 63, of Long Hill Township, to be charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of Hypodermic Needles. He was lodged in the Morris County Correctional Facility with a court date pending.
