Fire Closes East Mill Road In Long Valley Friday Morning
The overnight fire has forced a road closure Friday morning.
LONG VALLEY, NJ — A structure fire has closed East Mill Road ahead of the Friday morning commute, Washington Township OEM said.
The road is closed westbound between Coleman and Bartley Roads, OEM said; the eastbound lanes reopened around 7:40 a.m. The fire broke out at the 197 East Mill Road around 2:40 a.m., and firefighters were still working to extinguish the blaze as of 5 a.m.
A spokesperson for the Morris County Prosecutor's Office confirmed they were investigating the fire, and said there were no injuries at this time.

According to property records, 197 East Mill Road is a single-family home.
