Long Valley Elementary School to Celebrate 50 Years Friday
Old Farmers Road School to hold outdoor event honoring retired faculty.

A half-century’s worth of Long Valley students have walked through the hallways of Old Farmers Road School, many of whom have had their own children attend the elementary classes on Old Farmers Road.
On Friday, Sept. 18, the school will honor and celebrate its history with an outdoor event to mark the school’s 50th year as part of the Washington Township School District.
“The purpose of the ceremony is to honor the retirees who have served our school over the past 50 years. Students, staff, and guests are asked to dress like it is 1965!” a letter from Principal Joe Ciulla said.
