Long Valley Fireworks Festival Makes A Comeback

The Fireworks Festival is planned for Saturday, Aug. 21.

LONG VALLEY, NJ β€” The Long Valley Middle School is going to be the site of the long-awaited and returning Long Valley Fireworks Festival, hosted by the Long Valley Fire Company on Saturday, Aug. 21.

The yearly event was sidelined from COVID-19, its last appearance in late August of 2019.

β€œThat’s right, the fireworks are back this summer,” Washington Township Mayor Matt Murello announced in a post about it on his Facebook Page.

β€œI hope I’ll see everyone there,” Murello added.

The festival fun kicks off at 6 p.m. that day with live music, food trucks, a beer garden and Green Festival, with a $7 per car donation to attend.

The fireworks are planned to start at the school on 51 West Mill Road, as the sun goes down, at about 8:45 p.m.
