Long Valley Man Busted For Heroin Distribution After Lengthy Investigation: Cops

William Gullucci was released pending a court appearance.

A Long Valley man was arrested on numerous drug charges by Hackettstown Police after a joint investigation that spanned more than a month, Sgt. Darren Tynan said.

On Sept. 22, William Gallucci was arrested after an investigation that lasted a month and-a-half for distribution of narcotics, Tynan said.

The investigation was conducted by the Hackettstown Police, Warren County Narcotics Task Force, Washington Township (Warren County) Police and the New Jersey State Police.

Gallucci was charged with three counts of possession of heroin, three counts of possession with intent to distribute, and three counts of distribution.

The charges were not formally announced until recently due to an ongoing investigation involving the Narcotics Task Force.

Gallucci was arrested in Long Valley back in October 2013 for allegedly breaking into a Fairview Road home and stealing multiple items of jewelry, cash, and a video game that totaled $6,150.
