Police were alerted to a possibly intoxicated driver Saturday night, authorities said.
LONG VALLEY, N.J. – A Long Valley woman was arrested Saturday after police say she was driving drunk with a minor in her car, Lt. Doug Compton announced.
At 7:55 p.m. on March 12, Officer Daniel Parrish was alerted to a possibly intoxicated driver traveling south on Schooley’s Mountain Road from Hackettstown, Compton said.
Parrish located the vehicle traveling east on Flocktown Road and conducted a motor vehicle stop. While speaking with the driver, later identified as Erinn Lazzara, 37, Parrish detected an odor of an alcoholic beverage coming from inside the vehicle, Compton said. Lazzara was asked to perform field sobriety tests, which indicated she was impaired, Compton said.
