LONG VALLEY, NJ — For the first time since the pandemic, the Washington Township Recreation Department will celebrate St. Patrick's Day in person on March 17 with their Annual St. Patrick's Day Luncheon.

The Long Valley Presbyterian Church, 39 Bartley Road, Long Valley, will host a "luck of the Irish" luncheon at 11 a.m. The "Valley Restaurant & Pub" will cater an American-Irish Traditional Lunch, keeping Lent attendees in mind as well, officials said.

"Due to the pandemic; Covid-19, our meals had a To-Go only option. However, we are putting this behind us and it is not an option this year," the recreation department said.
