Morris Co. Teen Charged In Grandfather's Murder: Prosecutor
The Morris County teenager is accused of murdering his grandfather in Hunterdon County, officials say.
RANDOLPH, NJ — A Randolph teenager has been charged with murdering his grandfather, Acting Hunterdon County Prosecutor Michael Williams said.
Justin A. Love is accused of attacking his grandfather, Roger R. Love, 86, in Bethlehem Township on Monday. Police were called as the younger Love was attacking his grandfather, Williams said. After a brief struggle with police, Justin Love was arrested.
Roger Love died while being taken to Hunterdon Medical Center as a result of the assault, Williams said.

Justin Love was first charged with aggravated assault, aggravated assault on a police officer, and resisting arrested. After his grandfather died, he was also charged with murder.
Information on what lead to the assault was not immediately available. There was no danger to the public at any time, Williams said.
