Police Looking For Teen Reported Missing In Long Valley

LONG VALLEY, NJ — The Washington Township Police Department began looking on Wednesday for a 16-year-old girl named “Amanda,” missing from the Fairmount/West Valley Brook area since 9:45 a.m.

The police department didn’t immediately provide a physical description of the teen, but said she was likely wearing a white t-shirt and gray sweatpants.

A representative from the department told Patch at 1:20 p.m., that is the only information available about the missing teenager at this time.

The police are asking anyone from the township who may see a teenager matching that description to immediately call 911. Washington Township Police Department’s direct number is: 908-876-3232.
