Santa Claus Is Coming To Long Valley's 'Jolly Jamboree' Event
Begin preparing your letters to Santa because his sleigh will be stopping in Long Valley before Christmas Eve.
LONG VALLEY, NJ — Mark your calendars: Santa Claus' sleigh is making a pit stop in Long Valley next month.
Washington Township Recreation is hosting its first-ever "Jolly Jamboree," which will provide all residents with a fun-filled afternoon of festivities, including a special visit from Santa Claus.
The holiday celebration will take place at Rock Spring Park on Dec. 17 and is slated to begin at 4 p.m. According to event organizers, the results of the DIY Cardboard and Holiday Decorating Contest will be announced during the festivities.

During the hours of 5 p.m. and 6 p.m., Santa Claus will be available at the Senior Center for all local kids to deliver their letters and pose for photos.
All the holiday essentials will be present at this family gathering, including carolers, hot chocolate, and other treats near a bonfire to keep everyone warm on the chilly winter evening.

The rain date for this event is Dec. 18, according to officials.
