Threat Against Central High School Not Credible: Principal
Police and the school district both said the "implied threat" was not a credible threat.
LONG VALLEY, NJ β An implied threat posted online against West Morris Central was found to be not credible, principal Timothy Rymer said.
The threat, which implied violence, was posted online by a student Saturday night, Rymer said, The Washington Township Police Department and the school district investigated, and neither found a credible threat.
As a precaution, there will be an increased police presence at school Monday morning, Rymer said.

"The safety and security of our students and staff continue to be our highest priority. Please take this opportunity to speak with your child about school safety and the responsible use of social media," Rymer said.
Rymer did not say what the threat was.
