2 Shoplifters Face Charges In Long Valley For $500 Target Theft
The Washington Township Police Department charged the two men for taking $500 worth of electronics from Target.
LONG VALLEY, NJ — Two men are facing charges and a court date in Morris County’s Superior Court, the Washington Township Police Department reported, for taking $500 in electronic goods from the Washington Township Target location.
The police department charged the two unidentified men from Phillipsburg on Thursday, for the Sept. 12 incident, according to a news release from the department.
This is the second round of shoplifting charges from that particular Target store that Washington Township's Police Department has announced since August, when the police department stopped a shoplifting incident in process there on Aug. 15.

In that case, another with two men the department did not identify in their news release, responding officers caught up with them as they were driving away from the store, with one of the two sought for taking over $30,000 of merchandise from retailers in other towns.
