Vehicular Homicide Charges For Rockaway Woman: Prosecutor
The woman was originally charged with assault by auto following the early February crash. Now, she faces additional charges.

ROCKAWAY, NJ β A Rockaway woman has been charged with vehicular homicide after a passenger in her car died over a week after the crash, Morris County Prosecutor Fredric M. Knapp said.
Samantha Viscardi, 22, was originally charged with assault by auto following the Feb. 2 crash. She now also faces vehicular homicide charges after the passenger in Viscardi's car died from her injuries, Knapp said.
The crash happened in the early morning hours near 435 Green Pond Road in Rockaway. Viscardi's car was the only vehicle involved, Knapp said; he did not provide more information on the crash.
