Yoga Classes Offered In Long Valley This Fall

One class is designed to help adults get through the afternoon slump.

LONG VALLEY, NJ — Registration is now open for two different fall yoga classes through Washington Township recreation. One class is for adults, and the other is for children. You can read the class descriptions here:

Lunch Break Yoga

Washington Township Recreation presents “Lunch Break Mat Yoga”. Take a break from your day and spend lunch with us! This class is designed to provide you with that extra energy to get you through that afternoon drag and keep you invigorated throughout the day! No two workouts are the same so you will never get bored and your body is constantly challenged.

Our certified yoga instructor Melissa Albertson is eager to teach this 9 week class scheduled to be held on Thursday’s from October 4-December 6, 2018 at Washington Township Senior Center from 12:00-1:00pm. There is a non-refundable fee due beforeOctober 1, 2018.

Girls Rock Yoga

“Girls Rock” Yoga Fall classes are now forming with Washington Township Recreation.

“Girls Rock” Yoga classes are suitable for everyone, and will consist of a series of strengthening, relax breathing, meditation exercise, games, making connections with their peers, and a fun activity to be offered at each class.

“Girls Rock” is for ages 8-13 and is scheduled to be held on Monday’s from September 24 – November 5, 2018 from 5:30-6:30pm at Washington Township Senior Center (RSP) 35, East Springtown Rd., L.V. This seven week class has a nonrefundable fee.
