Samson Avenue Road Work Has Begun

Samson Avenue sidewalk and road improvements have begun and the project is expected to affect traffic the next few weeks.

Crews are working between Kings and Woodland roads.

Madison police are advising motorists to avoid the area from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. for the next two to three weeks.

The construction contractor's schedule indicates curb and sidewalk work should be completed by April 24 and final mill, overlay, signage and striping should be finished by the end of the month, according to a borough announcement.
