The Madison Dodgers are on their way, looking to bring home a North 2, Group 2 football championship as they face off against Rutherford at MetLife Stadium Thursday night.

Unfortunately, not everyone can get to the game.

The Dodgers, as the No. 4 seed, will be the away team against Rutherford, the No. 2 seed at MetLife Stadium in Rutherford. Ticket prices are $9 for adults and $3 for seniors and students.

How did the Dodgers get here?

With defense.

Bringing its 8-2 regular season record into the playoffs, Madison shut out No. 5 seed Mountain Lakes before putting the brakes on top seed Lenape Valley by a score of 14-7, punching its ticket to the title game.

Rutherford has gone in the other direction, scoring more than any other team in the bracket after beating Lyndhurst 35-12 in the first round and 38-28 against Hanover Park in the semifinals.
