Holiday Blood Drive Set For Madison

MADISON, NJ — New Jersey Blood Services is holding a blood drive in Madison this month and is encouraging eligible donors to help patients now and into the new year by donating blood or platelets.

The blood drive will take place on Nov. 25 from 1:30 p.m. until 6 p.m. at the Madison Area YMCA, which is located at 111 Kings Road, in Madison.

Not only will all donors feel good about helping others, but they will also receive a free t-shirt from New Jersey Blood Services in exchange for their donation.

Appointments are preferred, but walk-ins will be accepted if space is available, according to the emergency squad. Donors are reminded to eat, drink, and bring their donor ID card or ID with their name and photo.
