ICYMI: 'Bark Your Park' Could Bring Dog Park to Madison Borough
More than 300 towns across the United States are competing for five different prizes.

Madison Borough has been nominated for PetSafe’s 2015 “Bark For Your Park” competition, putting it in the running for monetary prizes toward a dog park.
The Borough is in competition with more than 300 towns across the nation vying for five different monetary prizes, according to PetSafe.net. Madison in the running for $100,000 to put toward building a dog park in town.
Voting in the competition runs from May 13 through June 10. Finalists will be announced on June 17.

As of 4 p.m. on Tuesday, May 19, Madison had not received any votes in the competition.
The runner-up city in each small, medium and large population category will also win $25,000. The Bark from Your Heart community winner will be the finalist with the highest percentage of votes to the city’s population and will also win $25,000. A community may only win one of the five prizes.

Finalists will be voted on from June 17 to July 22 and all winners will be announced on July 31.
