ICYMI: Ridgedale Avenue Closures in Madison Until Sept. 9

According to the Madison Police Department:

Construction on Ridgedale Avenue between Central Avenue and Burnet Road is complete and safe for public circulation. The best way to enter and exit from M.H.S is from Greenwood Avenue to Ridgedale Avenue, or Central Avenue to Ridgedale Avenue. Ridgedale Avenue will be closed between Burnet Road and Oxford Lane until approximately Wednesday, September 9.

As construction progresses towards Park Avenue closures will change accordingly.

Student parking is no longer permitted on Burnet Road. Overflow traffic may utilize the Madison Recreation Complex.

Regarding the Central Avenue School, circulation and parking is relatively unaffected for the time being. Walnut Street is accessible from Ridgedale Avenue via Park Avenue. This will change as construction moves toward Park Avenue in the weeks ahead.
