Madison Bartender Showdown to Raise Money for Memorial Scholarship Fund
Rocco's Bar and Grill will host the fundraiser on Dec. 4 to raise funds for a scholarship to help students study business in college.

Rocco’s Tuscany Bar and Grill will host a Bartender Showdown on Dec. 4 to raise funds for the Jack Morris Memorial scholarship fund. The scholarship helps Madison high school students pursue a college degree in business.
The Madison Chamber of Commerce is partnering with Rocco’s Bar and Grill, located at 30 Cook Plaza for the Dec. 4 showdown, which will be held from 6 to 9 p.m.
The scholarship is named in memory of Jack Morris of Stewart, of Morris Awards, Gifts & Flags as a tribute to his commitment to the Chamber and to the Madison community. Morris was a 1948 graduate of Madison High School.

The scholarship was designed for graduating students who plan to continue their higher education in the field of commerce. The application process includes personal achievement, letters of reference and academic performance. Scholarship winners are announced at the Chamber’s Annual Awards Dinner, held in June.
Madison business owners Mike Odell, CPA of accounting firm Odell and Critchley, Jacquie Dinsmore, co-owner of Doodlebugz, and Kathy Boyd of Town and Country Properties will take turns behind the bar serving drinks to patrons and keeping the crowd entertained.
