Madison's governing body reviewed a presentation about possible capital improvements in 2014, including seven road reconstruction projects totaling $1.59 million. An ordinance authorizing the planned capital projects could be introduced at the council meeting on Monday, officials said. Residents on Academy Road have attended recent meetings to make the case for having their road repaired.
