Madison Public Schools Closed Today, Drew University Classes Still in Session

Madison public schools are closed today due to the oncoming Nor'easter, which could drop up to 8 inches of snow in this area.

All Madison public schools are closed today, Wednesday Nov. 26 due to the oncoming snowstorm. Despite the inclement weather, classes are not cancelled at Drew University today.

The announcement was made by the school district, following numerous weather reports predicting the first snowstorm of the season, which is expected to drop at up to 8 inches of snow on North Jersey.

The Nor’easter, which could also cause heavy rain and strong winds today, arrives during the busiest travel time of the year. AAA predicts that more than a million drivers will be on the roads during the Thanksgiving holidays.
