Attendees will have the opportunity to learn how and why girls of all ages are aggressive with one another, the importance of emotional intelligence for healthy conflict, the role of mistakes and the limitations of blame, the concept of contribution, as well as establishing a road for healthy conflict. The hour-long program will be followed by a 30 minute Q&A session.
