Madison Sergeant Completes West Point Leadership Program
Sgt. John Miscia had second highest grade in the class.
Madison police Sgt. John Miscia graduated Wednesday from the West Point Command and Leadership program, which trains police leaders based on a model adopted from the U.S. Military Academy.
Miscia finished second in the class, according to an announcement by the borough police department.
