Two NEW! Exciting Spring Aquatics & Fitness Events at the Madison Area

The Madison Area YMCA is thrilled to announce registration is now open for two dynamic fitness events this spring: the 2025 MAY We Tri Indoor Triathlon and the 2025 Masters Mariners Invitational. Whether you're new to fitness or a seasoned athlete, there's something for everyone.

"These events are a fantastic way for participants of all ages and skill levels to challenge themselves, have fun, and experience the incredible community spirit at the Y,” said Senior Aquatics Director Yean Jimenez, “Whether you're taking on your first triathlon or competing in the Masters Mariners Invitational, we’re here to support you every step of the way!"

MAY WE TRI INDOOR TRIATHLON
Date: Sunday, March 30, 2025
Location: Madison Area YMCA Family Center

This time-based triathlon is perfect for athletes 6 years and older at all fitness levels and offers an inclusive and supportive environment. Participants will complete a 10-minute swim, a 30-minute bike, and a 20-minute run/walk with scheduled transition breaks. Join solo, with family, or form a relay team!
Fee

• YMCA Members: $30

• Non-Members: $40

• Relay Teams (2-3 participants): $60

MASTERS MARINERS INVITATIONAL
Date: Saturday, April 12, 2025
Location: Walker D. Kirby Aquatics Center, Madison Area YMCA

Open to swimmers 18 years and older, this USMS-recognized meet welcomes individual competitors and relay teams. Swimmers may compete in up to five events, with heats seeded slow to fast.
Fees (No deck entries permitted. Registration closes April 10.):

• $25 event surcharge

• $5 per individual event

• Relay entries are free
