Bergen County Man Arrested For Sex Crime Against Child Under 13: Prosecutor
A Demarest man was charged with aggravated sexual assault, and the victim was under 13, prosecutors said.
BERGEN COUNTY, NJ — A 44-year-old Demarest man was arrested Monday on charges of aggravated sexual assault and endangering the welfare
of a child, prosecutors said.
Errol D. Daludado was charged with two counts of first-degree aggravated sexual and third-degree endangering the welfare of a child, said the Bergen County Prosecutor's Office.
Prosecutors said that on Monday, July 22, 2024, the Division of Child Protection and Permanency (DCP&P) contacted the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Special Victims Unit "regarding the alleged sexual assault of a juvenile under the age of 13 that occurred in the past."

An investigation determined that Daludado "sexually assaulted a juvenile under the age of 13 in Demarest on several occasions."
He was arrested in Demarest and taken to the Bergen County Jail pending a first appearance in Central Judicial Processing Court in Hackensack.
