Dumont Man Charged With Child Porn Possession: Prosecutor

DUMONT, NJ — A Dumont man has been charged in connection with the possession and distribution of child pornography, according to Bergen County prosecutors.

Members of the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Cyber Crimes Unit conducted an Internet child pornography investigation. During their investigation they executed a search warrant at the residence of John S. Bucci, 39, and found that he used the Internet to view, download, possess and distribute digital files depicting nude and sexually explicit children.

Bucci was charged with second-degree distribution of child pornography and third-degree possession of child pornography.
