Hackensack Man Charged With Child Porn Possession: Prosecutor
A Hackensack man was charged in connection with child pornography charges, according to prosecutors.
HACKENSACK, NJ — A Hackensack man was charged on Thursday in connection with child pornography charges in Bergen County, the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office said.
Juan C. Rodriguez, 41, was charged with second-degree possession of child pornography and second-degree distribution of child pornography.
Rodriguez is awaiting his first appearance in court at Bergen County Jail.

According to prosecutors, Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Cyber Crimes Unit searched Rodriguez’s home during an Internet child pornography investigation. The investigation alleges that Rodriguez used the Internet to view, download and possess approximately 5,515 digital files depicting nude and sexually explicit children. The investigation also found that Rodriguez shared the files on the Internet.
