Irvington Man Fatally Struck By Car In East Rutherford: Police
The 64-year-old victim was hit by a minivan in East Rutherford on Sunday night, police said.
EAST RUTHERFORD, NJ — An Irvington man died after being hit by a minivan in East Rutherford on Sunday night, Deputy Police Chief Phil Taormina said in a report.
The 64-year-old victim was hit near the intersection of Hackensack Street and Paterson Avenue. He was pronounced dead after being taken to the hospital.
The Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office and the East Rutherford Police Department are investigating the incident, according to the report. So far, there have been no charges.
