Lindbergh Baby's NJ Kidnapping And Trial To Be Focus Of Mahwah Museum Event
Delve into the kidnapping of the Lindbergh baby in NJ and subsequent "Trial of the Century" at a Mahwah Museum event.

MAHWAH, NJ — Famed aviator Charles Lindbergh's child was kidnapped from his East Amwell, N.J., home in March 1932, leading to decades of theories.
The Mahwah Museum will host a talk, “The Charles Lindbergh Baby Kidnapping, Murder and Trial,” with James Calaski this Tuesday.
The Museum notes, "More than two months later, the baby was found dead alongside the road near the Lindbergh home. Police eventually arrested Bruno Richard Hauptmann, a German-born carpenter from New York City."
Hauptmann's trial was called the "Trial of the Century" in the press, and led to his execution. But was he the perpetrator?
