Mahwah To Host High-Ranking Clergy Member For Memorial Day Mass

Maryrest Cemetery will host the Most Reverend Michael Saporito for a Memorial Day Mass to honor America's fallen heroes, a release said.

MAHWAH, NJ — A Mahwah cemetery will host Auxiliary Bishop Michael Saporito for a Memorial Day Mass honoring America's fallen heroes, according to a release.

Maryrest, a Catholic cemetery at 770 Darlington Avenue, will host the Most Reverend Saporito for the Mass at 11 a.m. to honor veterans and families, a release from the Archdiocese of Newark said.

The Mass inside the mausoleum chapel will acknowledge the service of veterans and active-duty military personnel, and include prayers for all those interred in archdiocesan cemeteries and mausoleums, the release said.
