Mahwah HQ Named Best to Work For in NJ

A car company headquartered in Mahwah has been named one of the Best 100 Places to Work in New Jersey on a new ranking released this week by NJ BIZ.

The publication ranked businesses based on employee and employer surveys and analyzing company policies, practices, philosophies and demographics.

The businesses will officially be recognized during an awards ceremony on May 1. The list consists of 62 small and medium-sized companies of 15 to 249 employees, and 38 large companies of more than 250 employees.

With 290 employees nationwide, Jaguar Land Rover made the large business section of the list. According to the ranking, 221 of its employees are NJ residents.

The Mahwah location on Macarthur Boulevard is the North American headquarters of the British car company.
