Overturned Trailer Dumps Sandbags, Closing Route 46
Part of Route 46 in Bergen County was closed Tuesday morning due to an overturned tractor-trailer.
BERGEN COUNTY, NJ — Route 46 was closed Tuesday morning after an overturned tractor-trailer dumped heavy sandbags, according to NJ511 and reports.
Shortly after 10 a.m., part of the highway near Lodi was still closed, according to NJ511.
The driver had overturned on the ramp from Main Street in Lodi, NJ511 said. News 12 reported that no one was injured and the heavy sandbags have to be re-loaded by a tow truck.
