Ramapo Graduate Is 'Making A Difference In The Digital Space'
Nick Gramuglia, also a Paramus resident, was just named one of NJBIZ's 2023 leaders in digital technology.

PARAMUS, NJ — Nick Gramuglia, a Ramapo College graduate with a wealth of industry-leading knowledge, is "making a difference in the digital space," his company and NJBIZ said.
Gramuglia was just named one of NJBIZ's 2023 leaders in digital technology. A senior digital marketing specialist at Terrie O'Connor Realtors, Gramuglia has been a "wonderful asset" to the agency, O'Connor said of the Paramus resident.
"I am beyond honored to be included in this list of individuals and executives from across New Jersey," he said in a LinkedIn post. "Thank you (Terrie O'Connor Realtors) for the nomination and for allowing me to be a part of this company's success."

Gramuglia's on-the-job training worked to his and the agency's benefit, a news release said. He worked for O'Connor Realtors as an intern, and when he graduated, the executive team created a full-time digital marketing position for him.
His duties as an intern were to work side by side with the marketing manager, the company videographer and the tech team, the news release said. He was three months into his internship when he was hired full time.

“Gradually, a lot of these responsibilities became mine as some employees left the company,” Gramuglia said. “This gave me the freedom and opportunity to really own what I do and to push the bar, with the help of both the directors of marketing and technology."
As digital marketing specialist, Gramuglia helps create campaign ideas and analyze impact for the agency's presence on social media, Google Ads and email.
“The executive team allows me to be fully hands on with multiple aspects of our marketing with taking the lead on handling our paid advertisements in social media, being the primary creative force with our videography, helping to continually develop/modernize our email marketing, and much more,” he said.
Gramuglia graduated from Ramapo in 2019 with a degree in mass communication and media studies. He was not sure where his path would lead when he had transferred from community college, though he knew he wanted to have a career in marketing.
“Winning this award has solidified my confidence in the fact that I have found my calling and that I am on the right track in life," he said.
