Salad Chain Opens New Englewood Location

ENGLEWOOD, NJ — The Salad House, a health-conscious restaurant franchise that serves up customizable salads, opened its eighth location in the Garden State on Friday, in the city of Englewood, a news release said.

Operating the new location at 31 East Palisade Avenue is Sloan Zuckerman, who lives in Tenafly with his family and grew up in Englewood Cliffs.

“Our menu has a wide variety of healthy lifestyle menu items, so that our customers will always be able to find something that satisfies their appetite," Zuckerman said in the news release.

Salad House provides a variety of healthy meal choices, including plant-based and gluten-free foods, and there are dinners for kids, from chicken fingers to quesadillas.

"As demand for healthy food rises, knowledgeable and dedicated franchise partners like Sloan are crucial to helping us expand Salad House’s presence,” Salad House’s Director of Franchise Development Jerry Eicke said in the news release. “We are eager to see him share our delicious salads and other healthy lifestyle menu offerings with the people of Englewood.”

Hours of service will be Monday through Saturday, 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
