A mechanical problem that shut down the pool for two days has been fixed.
The township announced via a Nixle alert Wednesday night that the pool would be open during normal hours.
Tuesday, the township announced the pool's unexpected closure was caused by a water supply line that broke and filled a pit area of the pool housing an electric pump with water. Crews worked through the day Wednesday on the issue, officials said.

After temperatures over 90 degrees Tuesday, the National Weather Service is predicting a high of 87 Wednesday and 83 Thursday.
