Winterfest With Drones, Parade, And Santa Coming To Mahwah This Weekend
Winterfest events are coming to a park in Mahwah, with a parade, drone show, ice carving, tree lighting, and Santa visit this weekend.

MAHWAH, NJ — The town of Mahwah has planned a slew of holiday events for this weekend.
The annual Mahwah Winterfest, holiday parade, and tree lighting are all planned for this Sunday at Commodore Perry Field.
The events kick off at 4 p.m., when the park opens with vendors, food, and music.

The parade will assemble at 5 p.m. near Fire Company 1 and step off at 5:30, the town said.
The parade route runs from Fire Company 1 to Commodore Perry Field.

The town said, "Celebrate the season with family, friends, and neighbors as the parade makes its way down E. Ramapo Avenue to Commodore Perry Field, where Santa will light the Mahwah Township Holiday Tree!"
The event will include:
- Photos with Santa
- Face painting & balloon artist
- Spectacular Drone Show
- Live Ice Carving Demonstration
- Live performances & holiday music with DJ Scott Rubin
- Local crafters & vendors
- Treats from food trucks and the Waldwick Whistle Stop Concession
Parking is available at Lincoln Tech on Island Road with shuttle buses running throughout the event.
The town encourages attendees to give back. Bring non-perishable food items for the Center for Food Action and new, unwrapped toys for the Mahwah PBA Toy Drive.
The town said, "Come out and enjoy this magical Mahwah Township Holiday Celebration!"
