On Monday, November 1, 2021, at approximately 4:38 p.m. employees of the Shell Service Station, located at 199 Route 9 in Manalapan, reported that an unknown male actor removed property valued at approximately $2,250 from the business. Patrolman James Guarino handled the incident, which is pending further investigation.
On Monday, November 1, 2021, at approximately 4:33 p.m. a 57-year-old Manalapan Township resident reported receiving a phone call from a subject posing as an employee from PSE&G. The victim subsequently made several payments totaling $2,693.40. Patrolman Sean McCarthy handled the report, which is pending further investigation.

On Monday, November 1, 2021, at approximately 3:30 p.m., employees of the Target Department Store, located at 55 Route 9 in Manalapan, reported that a 29-year-old Oceanport resident had shoplifted $1,299.94 worth of merchandise on September 12, and September 19, 2021. Employees subsequently signed complaints with the Manalapan Township Municipal Court. Patrolman Jason Vigneault handled the report.
On Monday, November 1, 2021, at approximately 2:38 p.m., a 29-year-old Manalapan Township resident responded to Manalapan Township Police Headquarters and reported being harassed by a neighbor. No complaints were signed as a result of this incident. Patrolman Anthony Cascella handled the report.

On Monday, November 1, 2021, at approximately 1:59 p.m., Patrolman Kyle Williams conducted a motor vehicle stop on Route 9 South for a motor vehicle violation. An occupant of the vehicle, identified as Siarra Torres, a 24-year-old, unmarried, female resident of Perth Amboy, who is employed as a waitress, was found to have a warrant issued for her arrest by the Perth Amboy Municipal Court in the amount of $500. Ms. Torres was placed under arrest and transported to Manalapan Township Police Headquarters where she was processed and released on her own recognizance pending a new court date. Patrolman Kyle

On Monday, November 1, 2021, at approximately 7:27 a.m., Manalapan Township Public Works employees reported that unknown actor(s) entered the Manalapan Community Center, located at 144 Route 33 in Manalapan and vandalized the interior of the building. Patrolman Mantas Stanionis handled the report, which is pending further investigation.
On Thursday, October 28, 2021, at approximately 3:08 p.m., a 70-year-old Manalapan Township resident reported providing debit card information and social security information to a fraudulent social media account. No monetary loss was reported as a result of this incident. Patrolman James Guarino handled the report.
On Wednesday, October 27, 2021, at approximately 2:00 p.m., employees of Millhurst Mills Lumber, located at 17 Sweetman’s Lane in Manalapan, reported that an unknown actor(s) altered a business check and deposited it into a different account, defrauding the business of $26,047.37. Patrolman Kyle Earley handled the report, which is pending further investigation.
On October 27, 2021, at approximately 5:51 a.m., a 62-year-old Manalapan resident reported that an unknown actor(s) stole an unlocked 2021 Acura that contained the keys, as well as approximately $4,450.00 in property, from a Champion’s Way residence. The vehicle was valued at approximately $32,000.00. Patrolman Douglas Zike handled the report, which is pending further investigation
