1. Rainy: The National Weather Service is calling for a 60 percent chance of rain which will likely fall after 1 p.m. today. Otherwise, today will be mostly cloudy with a high temperature reaching around 59 degrees. The low temperature will drop to about 35 and the chance of rain continues.
2. Flu Epidemic: Influenza has reached epidemic proportions in the United States. Besides thoroughly washing your hands and staying home when you’re not feeling well - get a flu shot to help prevent yourself from catching the virus. 5. Run to Restore the Shore: The Road runners Club of America, New Jersey chapter, has announced that it will be holding a nine race running series entitled “Run to Restore the Shore”.
