1. Clouds, Rain: The National Weather Service is calling for a 30 percent chance of rainfall this afternoon with a high temperature around 41 degrees. Otherwise, the day will be mostly cloudy. Tonight will be cloudy during the early evenignand then gradually clear with the low dropping to about 26. After 1 a.m. there is a 40 percent chance of snowfall.
