Police: Two Manalapan Boys Shoot at Others with BB Guns

Four juveniles were allegedly shot at by two other juveniles, police said.

Two Manalapan adolescents were arrested by police for reportedly shooting other juveniles with BB guns on the evening of Monday, May 6 on Wilson Avenue, according to police.

The two boys were shooting at four boys with spring loaded plastic pellet guns; three of the boys were struck with the pellets and suffered injury, police said.

Englishtown police already apprehended the minors when Manalapan police arrived at the scene. The two boys were arrested, processed, and released to their parents.

Four pellet guns used in the shooting were seized as evidence. This case is currently being reviewed by the Monmouth County Prosecutor's Office.
