Blaine's Jewelry Box Opening A Manasquan Store

MANASQUAN, NJ — Blaine's Jewelry Box is coming to Wall Towne Center in Manasquan.

This will be the second location in the area for the family-owned-and-operated jewelry store.

Blaine's Jewelry Box is a full-service jeweler that has operated a successful retail location in nearby Brick since 1993. The store sells a wide selection of jewelry ranging from custom hand-made pieces to simple sterling silver items along with fine, vintage and estate jewelry. Watch and jewelry repairs are done on the premises.

They just leased a 1,200-square-foot location at Wall Towne Center, next to the ShopRite, the business announced. An exact opening date has not been announced.

Earlier this year, Wall Eyecare Associates signed a lease to open at Wall Towne Center.

Neither store has opened yet, but both are coming soon, with the eyeglasses store opening first.

“Blaine’s Jewelry Box was seeking a well-located shopping center with an in-place tenant mix that draws significant, repeat traffic; this property checked every box,” said Levin Management leasing representative Kendal Hand-Freda. “As an established, locally owned business – with a loyal clientele – this newest addition will even further enhance Wall Towne Center’s ‘destination’ appeal for shoppers.”

“These transactions certainly underscore the continued viability and resilience of brick-and-mortar retail,” said Hand-Freda.

Wall Towne Center is located on Rt. 34, less than one-quarter mile from Rt. 35. The property is anchored by a 71,000-square-foot ShopRite supermarket and also includes Ocean First Bank, Joe’s Bagel & Grill, Master Park’s Black Belt America, Great Clips, AT&T Wireless and Wine King, along with a local restaurant.

According to Levin Management Corporation , the property’s exclusive leasing and managing agent, Wall Towne Center serves a residential population of 130,000 people within a five-mile radius. More than 34,000 vehicles pass the property each day.
