Manasquan Bank Named a Top Workplace in New Jersey

WALL – Manasquan Bank, a full service community banking organization headquartered in Wall Township, was named a Top Workplace in New Jersey among mid-sized companies (150-499 employees) by NJ.com on Thursday, September 17, 2020 during a virtual ceremony.

Manasquan Bank’s second place ranking was the only financial institution in any of the size categories. To determine which Garden State employers earned the coveted distinction, NJ.com and employee-research and consulting company, Energage, sought permission from employers before surveying their employees.

Nominees for New Jersey’s Top Workplace honorees were limited to companies with 50 or more employees. Public and private companies, nonprofit organizations and government workplaces were eligible and divided into three categories: small, mid-sized, and large. The program assessed employee perceptions and opinions against a broad range of criteria, including employee engagement, leadership effectiveness, connection to an organization's mission and values, and employee benefits.

In addition to receiving institutional honors, Manasquan Bank’s Chairman, President and CEO James S. Vaccaro received the Leadership Award for the mid-sized category. The award recognizes the top executives in each company category who best exemplify integrity, instill confidence, demonstrate vision and have an ongoing commitment to communication.
