Manasquan Shop And Dine Hours Moved

Manasquan has created a pedestrian zone for dining and retail establishments.

MANASQUAN – Manasquan has moved its hours for it's "Main Street Pedestrian Shop and Dine," officials said.

The hours for Main Street Pedestrian Shop and Dine" have been moved to Friday and Saturday from 5 to 9 p.m. until the end of October.

"Please support your local restaurants and shops throughout town," officials said.

Manasquan has created a pedestrian zone that operated on Wednesday and Thursday from 6 to 9 p.m. for dining and retail establishments.

Under the program, traffic from Route 71 to Broad Street is closed each week to help the establishments get back on their feet.

While waiting to get a seat for dinner, officials say, shop the stores that are open. But also don't forget the west side, by the South Street parking lot.
