ID Sought In Pine Lake Park Vehicle Break-Ins In Manchester

Manchester police are hoping someone has information about the break-ins or the person responsible.

MANCHESTER, NJ — Manchester Township police are seeking the public's help in identifying a person caught on video trying to break into vehicles in Pine Lake Park.

Police said the break-ins happened late Monday night into the early hours of Tuesday.

"We remind all residents to ensure your vehicles and homes are locked and secured," police said. "Simple steps like locking your doors, removing valuables from sight, and keeping outdoor lighting on can significantly reduce the risk of theft. Stay vigilant, and report any suspicious activity to the police immediately."

Anyone with information leading to the identification of the person, who can be seen on surveillance footage below from one of the homes "would be greatly appreciated," police said.
