MANCHESTER, NJ — While you’re checking off holiday gifts for family members, don’t forget the kids who aren’t on anyone’s shopping list and pick up some items for toy drives in Manchester.
One Simple Wish is accepting donations to fulfill children's Christmas wishes through Sunday, Dec. 21.

The Toys for Tots chapter out of Red Bank distributed 213,643 toys to 60,159 children in Ocean, Monmouth and Somerset counties who might not otherwise have gotten any Christmas gifts.
Toys for Tots was not collecting any more toys for 2025 after Dec. 19. People who want to support the campaign can donate online.

The Marine Corps Toys for Tots Foundation, an IRS-recognized nonprofit public charity created in 1991, uses 97 percent of every donation to buy toys for children in need.
Most toy drives finished their collections as of Dec. 15. You can donate now for next year's drives.
The Salvation Army in Ocean County accepts donations online for its annual Angel Tree program.
The Manchester Township Schools host the Kevin's Kids gift drive every year. That drive begins in November and winds up in early December, and provides more than 400 township children with Christmas gifts.
