Manville School Calendar 2017-18: First Day Of School, Vacations, Conferences

The first day of school in Manville is September 7. Feel free to mark it on your calendar as one of the most dreaded days of the year for students and teachers — and feel free not to feel guilty about marking it as one of your favorites. The Manville School District has released its 2017-2018 calendar for public schools.

The calendar includes important dates such as winter and spring vacations, religious holidays, federal holidays, early dismissals and parent-teacher conferences.

Snow Day Information

If one inclement weather day is unused, it will be given back on May 25;

A second unused will be given back on May 29; a third unused will be given back on
June 4; and a fourth unused will be given back on June 5.

If more than four inclement weather days are used, they will be taken from the
Spring Recess –working backwards from April 6th.
